Our solutions provide an automated means of discovering the IT infrastructure components and application instances, before processing the relevant information into graphic reports. Our partnership with Synetics provides the i-Doit open source product which controls the total cost for any improvements to IT documentation within big and small organisations. Technical documentation can be provided for all IT infrastructure components, application landscapes and IT services.  

 

For example, the CMDB stores detailed information about hosting, network and storage devices within the data centre along with information about devices that have been allocated to end-users. Relationship models are automatically created between infrastructure components and mapped onto business applications and IT services. Contractual, licensing and SLA information can be associated with the defined IT services inside the CMDB.
